Coco Tulum Hotel

Staff and rooms were good, overall the hotel was ideal and clean. The shuttle between the beach was a great perk and breakfast was included. The room was spotless with a fan and had climate control, a safe and a sitting area.

It was fairly clean inside. The staff were accommodating and exceptional. The restaurant was good with good food.

The hotel is not ideal, but its staff and atmosphere were incredible, I loved that. Every time I stay in Tulum, I choose this place.

The bathrooms are cold.

Great place to stay, it was clean and stylish. The restaurant was really nice with good food here, I had appetising dishes. I enjoyed the staff, they were genuinely helpful and decent throughout of my stay.

Fairly clean and well-appointed place and the breakfast was savoury. The staff were excellent co-operating & looked after us and was willing to help. Location close enough to the beach, the sea.

Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Tulum. The food and location were all fab. I slept so comfy in the lovely bed. With efficient check-in and fast check-out, this hotel was perfect.

The hotel was hip new, and clean, and the location was prime right on the beach. A such great stay.

Remote location, good sized bedrooms with a good view. Happy staff kept the whole place clean. I booked a room with a soft bed, Wi-Fi, terrace and microwave. Liked exceptional breakfast. Location minutes away from bars and restaurants.

Absolutely incredible hotel, my first choice in Tulum. The bedroom was great size, and the bed was quiet. Speedy check in and polite service. The venue was set in the remote position.

I loved this reasonably priced hotel with its decent location and top-class staff. A pristine beach, PICTURESQUE view. Also, Beach was 1 mile away from the property. The poolside bar in the property had plenty of soft soft drinks, gins and brandies throughout the day.

Cool location, healthy breakfast, tasteful room. The apologetic personnel was always available. Such huge suite and perfectly comfortable bed. I have stayed here before now, it's still a really lovely hotel.

I loved my time in this property. Well maintained hotel, outstanding service, and decent value. Got absolutely perfect, tasteful room with ac. The staff was always available with any inquires and was very welcoming. There also was easy to access parking and great pool.

Unbeatable location, it's quite clean and the staff is professional!
